2. Standardized Quality Engineering: Control Plans & SOPs
- Customized Control Plans (QC 100): During the product development stage, our QA team collaborates with clients to align on strict specifications—including appearance, functional assembly, dimensional tolerances, gauging methods, sampling frequency, and metrology instruments—to establish official QC Engineering Control Plans and Inspection SOPs.
3. Pre-Production Validation: Mass Production FAI
- First Article Inspection (FAI): Once the tooling samples are approved, our lab conducts a rigorous First Article Inspection at the exact launch of mass production. This ensures the initial batch complies with all blueprint dimensions, eliminating drift factors and avoiding costly production line losses.
4. In-Process Quality Control: Scheduled IPQC Patrols
- Real-Time IPQC Monitoring: During the injection molding process, certified inspectors perform scheduled IPQC patrol inspections. We monitor, measure, and log critical production parameters and dimensional data to ensure process capability, stability, and zero deviation.
5. Pre-Shipment Audit: Final Quality Control & OQC
- Final Inspection & Outgoing QC (FQC/OQC): Before dispatch, all finished products undergo final dimensional testing, functional verification, and re-inspection against client-approved quality metrics. Only 100% compliant and certified lots are released for global shipment.
